Tanolope provides dairy consultation services, an online marketplace for dairy products, educational resources, and a community platform for dairy professionals.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Marketplace Terms

All products listed on our marketplace are subject to availability. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without notice.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds for fresh dairy products must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Community Guidelines

Users of our community platform must maintain respectful communication. Spam and commercial solicitation are prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tanolope platform is the property of Tanolope or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tanolope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
